Mrs. Rona Smith respects Dr. Kem Ley makes surprise to the ceremony

PHNOM PENH: The UN Special Reporter on Human Rights, Mrs. Smith to pay respect to Dr. Kem Ley at Old Pagoda in the morning On Oct. 15,leading in civil and surprise the ceremony. Monk Buth BunTenh said to reporter that the presenting of Mrs. Rona Smith that participate in the ceremony of the death of Dr. Kem Ley is extremely honoring to him and his family also to Cambodia's people.
He also express that he really admire Mrs. Rona Smith that participate in the ceremony that really honoring that ceremony more apparent.
Mrs. Rona Smith The UN Special Reporter on Human Rights had got a 10 days period in a mission to Cambodia to check out the situation of the Human Rights there after the death of Dr. Kem Ley by a gunman.
The 100 days ceremony of the death of Dr. Kem Ley on this Oct. 15 also count in the distribute to 500 monks.
On tomorrow Oct. 16 the ceremony will march the status of Dr. Kem Ley to his hometown Takeo.
Dr. Kem Ley had been fire by a gunman causing to die in that moment on July 10 2016 when he was having some coffee in a Star Mart, Caltex gas station, BoKo stop. Mrs. Rona Smith national and international observers considered the murder as a political problem.
